You enjoy communicating with people, primarily over the phone? Then you've come to the right place Our inbound customer care center is looking for reinforcements and is excited to have you join the team.


What you will do:


You will work in an inbound call center, answering incoming phone calls from our customers, answering questions or forwarding their concerns to our internal back office.

In addition to phone calls, you will also be responsible for handling incoming customer emails. For both tasks, we require a passion for communication and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Extra information:
