Your Responsibilities:


  • Development, inspiration, and creation of professional and personal social media content
  • Independent writing of creative texts for platforms such as LinkedIn in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Implementation of new ideas to increase reach and interaction on our different platforms
  • Collaboration with our social media and HR team to design various projects in the area of internal and external communication
  • Creation and further development of presentation templates
  • Evaluation of implemented initiatives and continuous improvement in comparison to competitors

Your Profile:


  • Degree in German studies, journalism, marketing, media and communication sciences, or a similar field
  • Practical experience in marketing, corporate communication, employer branding, or corporate identity
  • Ideally, knowledge in implementing online marketing measures and conceptualizing and formulating technical texts
  • Excellent sense for the right expression and appropriate formulations
  • Enjoyment in working independently and responsibly
  • Very good German and good English skills
