Avant is currently looking for a highly experienced FTTX Customer Relationship Specialist to join our client in Bonn, Germany. Our client is a leading company in the industry, committed to providing innovative FTTX solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

Utilize extensive experience in the FTTX field, specifically in FTTX construction projects, to effectively support customer inquiries and projects.
Develop and maintain new customer relationships within the German market, with a focus on FTTX operators and ISPs. Utilize existing relationships to enhance business opportunities.
Possess a strong understanding of FTTX technology and engage in detailed discussions with customers regarding FTTX construction, with additional training provided as needed.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in the FTTX field, particularly in construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of German culture and FTTX network construction policies.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, preferably within the German market.
Background knowledge of FTTX technology, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Fluency in both German and English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
