is seeking a part-time (16 hours per week) Pedagogical Specialist for the Youth Vocational Assistance department starting on May 1, 2023.

The Evangelical Association for Youth Social Work in Frankfurt am Main e.
V. has been a recognized provider of youth welfare services in Frankfurt am Main since 1980.

Our work includes over 90 children and youth centers, school projects, facilities for vocational training, residential and outpatient youth welfare services, as well as a variety of counseling and support services.

To strengthen our team in the Youth Vocational Assistance department, we are looking for a Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d) to start on
May 1, 2023 with a workload of 16 hours per week.

In the "Social Professions" project, we prepare young women for entry into social professions, with a focus on childcare.

We are looking for a pedagogical specialist to join our team, with a focus on building networking structures, project development, and recruiting participants.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project coordination
Building networking structures and public relations
Participation in group learning processes on the topic of "vocational orientation" in social professions
Recruiting new participants
Working with an experienced team of pedagogical specialists
Collaboration in cooperative, projectbased, multiprofessional work contexts
Documentation and reporting
