We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated social worker (m/f/d) for a youth welfare facility in Flintville, TN.

You will support young people in difficult life situations and contribute your own ideas to the interdisciplinary team. If you have a passion for working with adolescents, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:


  • Support of young people in difficult life situations through individual counseling and help planning
  • Collaboration with other professionals, such as psychologists, doctors, and teachers
  • Organization and implementation of group activities and leisure activities
  • Coping with crisis situations and management
  • Participation in team and case discussions for coordination and planning
  • Networking with other facilities and institutions

You bring with you:


  • A degree in social work or a comparable qualification
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of youth welfare and social law
  • Experience in working with young people in difficult life situations
  • Knowledge in creating help plans and counseling concepts
  • Empathy and sensitivity
  • Communication and conflict resolution skills
