ROLE PURPOSE

Manage leasing and Certified Pre-Owned Equipment (CPOE) programs to deliver competitive advantage in the market and provides customers with a compelling reason to lease driving incremental sales and service revenue for Glory.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise all aspects of Glory's North American lease program including program agreements, lease origination, documentation, servicing, processes and reporting
  • Provide single point of contact for field sales representatives to answer questions and resolve leasing issues with headquarters and lease partners
  • Working with the field sales team, participate on sales calls via teleconference and in person as necessary to facilitate new business
  • Provide daytoday support of lease program and field support for general inquires on leasing
  • Manage lease documentation flow between end user, leasing company and field sales
  • Monitor lease industry trends to employ best practices where appropriate
  • Monitor competitive lease companies' programs and develop effective alternative offerings
  • Primary interface with lease partners for program effectiveness
  • Coordinator between lease department and other Glory departments
  • Provide lease guidance and direction to sales agents and resellers
  • Responsible for the maintenance of training materials for Glory direct sales force
  • Identify and implement program improvements as appropriate
  • Develop appropriate reports to enable both the field and headquarters to efficiently manage the leasing program
  • Keep management informed of key issues/exposures and steps being taken to resolve issues and minimize the company's exposures
  • Overall CPOE program management, excluding operations
  • Coordinate CPOE requirements with Watertown operations to insure appropriate product availability and lead time
  • Identify additional products that can be sold via the CPOE program (i.e., Desktop Products)
  • Provide CPOE sales support to direct and indirect sales agents
  • Keep management informed of key issues impacting the CPOE program
  • Maintain CPOE training materials for the sales organization
  • Review CPOE pricing and make recommendations to management for adjustments, as necessary
  • Develop programs to promote CPOE equipment sales
  • Achieve revenue and unit volume targets for the CPOE program

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge and experience with leasing industry related accounting standards preferred (FAS 13 and ASC842)

Qualifications:
Five to seven years proven success in equipment leasing. Captive and vendor experience a plus


REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and MS Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work individually and as a team player in a fastpaced environment
