For the Catholic kindergarten St.

Josef in the pastoral unit of Mariä Himmelfahrt in Staig, we are looking for a DEPUTY KINDERGARTEN DIRECTOR (M/F/D) IN FULL-TIME.

In six kindergarten groups, children between the ages of two and six play and learn while being respectfully accompanied by our team.

Our facility offers various forms of care.


YOUR TASKS

  • The pedagogical care of the children, in particular promoting their individual cognitive, motor, and language development, as well as their social skills
  • Preparation and implementation of age-appropriate educational activities
  • Acting as deputy for the kindergarten director and, if necessary, leading the group team: distribution of tasks and reflection on pedagogical work within the team
  • Familiarization, observation of development, creation of development reports, and individual support for children with special needs.
