Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Cost-conscious production of high-quality and fresh dishes
  • Co-responsibility for a smooth organization and workflow in the kitchen area
  • Preparation and plating of dishes in the half-board and à la carte area
  • Implementation of quality standards in the kitchen
  • Assistance in managing a kitchen station
  • Receiving and checking deliveries, as well as proper storage
  • Implementation of kitchen standards and quality assurance in the F&B area
  • Teamwork and friendliness, especially in stressful situations
  • Compliance with HACCP standards
