Through an intensive 90-day training period alongside our skilled Journeymen technicians, you'll be fully prepared to step into your role as an Apprentice Remediation Technician and make a significant impact

Responsibilities:

Damage Assessment:Inspect and assess the extent of damage caused by various factors such as water, fire, mold, or other environmental issues. Document findings and create detailed reports for clients and insurance purposes.

Restoration Equipment Setup:Set up specialized equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers to mitigate damage and promote drying or cleaning processes.

Water Extraction and Drying:Perform water extraction using extractors, vacuums, and other tools to remove excess water from affected areas. Facilitate the drying process using appropriate techniques and equipment to prevent further damage and mold growth.

Fire and Smoke Cleanup:Clean and remove soot, smoke residues, and odors from surfaces, furnishings, and structures affected by fires. Employ specialized cleaning agents and equipment to restore items to pre-fire conditions.

Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect both team members and clients during restoration activities. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper ventilation in enclosed spaces.

Communication:Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on restoration progress and addressing their concerns. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.

Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work performed, including photographs, measurements, and detailed notes. Prepare documentation for insurance claims and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Service:Exhibit professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients during challenging situations. Address client questions and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the restoration process.

Adaptability:Remain adaptable to changing work environments and schedules, especially during emergency situations.

Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements:

High school graduate or GD.
Have outstanding communication skills.
Work in a team environment.
Willingness to learn the All Nation program of excellence.
Be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
Have a valid drivers license.
Have a clean driving record.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.

Incumbent must be prepared to:

Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Lifting, squatting, crawling, and crouching is required.
Must be able to wear a full or half face respirator that seals to the face and other full body PPE for extended periods of time.
Must be able to be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions. For example, the change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
