Your profile:

You have successfully completed your training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) and ideally, but not necessarily, have a solid knowledge and experience in handling insolvency proceedings or a strong interest in this field.

You work carefully, meet deadlines, and are reliable. You are aware of the responsibility of your work and your collegial behavior sets you apart.

Your tasks:
You will be part of the insolvency administrator's team. You will accompany insolvency proceedings from the application to the conclusion of the proceedings. In doing so, you will support the insolvency administrator in investigations, administrative and liquidation tasks, and reporting. This includes corresponding with various parties involved in the proceedings, preparing documents and information, and initiating necessary measures. Depending on your abilities, experience, and interests, we are happy to involve you in consumer insolvency, debt relief, and regular insolvency proceedings
