Employee (m/f/d) for Mail Processing

Location:
Tauberbischofsheim


Your tasks will include:


  • Processing incoming mail and distributing internal mail to all facilities
  • Printing documents from SAP
  • Sorting and preparing printed documents and delivering them to the designated address
  • Enveloping and franking outgoing mail
  • Sorting business transactions by document classes and scanning them
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, as well as work clothing and shoes, and distributing them

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship is advantageous
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is desirable
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Your work style is characterized by accuracy, conscientiousness, diligence, independence, and responsibility
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and a high level of initiative round off your profile
