Description
We are currently seeking a Junior IT Support/Helpdesk employee (m/f/d) to provide support for our local and international employees with all IT-related inquiries.
This position will be based at our location in Bramsche, Osnabrück.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for the helpdesk (support design) together with our colleagues on site
- You will support our employees on site, over the phone, or internationally via MS Teams with shared screen usage for all IT support questions in the software and hardware areas
- You will install hardware for new employees (laptops, smartphones, iPads)
- Your knowledge of hardware such as PCs/laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices will be utilized in handling various daily user inquiries
- User management, such as setting up user accounts and managing access rights, will also be part of your daily tasks
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable ITrelated qualification with initial work experience
- Good technical knowledge of Windows for troubleshooting and installing Windowsbased applications
- Good English skills are required to support our international colleagues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Some understanding of computer networks is beneficial
