Muskego Health and Rehab is currently interviewing for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist.

This is an important department head position which manages all of the human resource functions for the skilled nursing facility.

This Human Resources Generalist will:

Manage interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Ensure Muskego Health and Rehab is compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Maintain HR systems and processes
Design and implement employee retention strategies

This position is Days with a weekend rotation.

Pay up to $24 hour

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience using HRIS systems preferred
1+ year of experience working as a HR Generalist or similiar role
Prior experience working in HR Healthcare is strongly preferred
Strong attention to details and communication skills
