Muskego Health and Rehab is currently interviewing for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist.

This is an important department head position which manages all of the human resource functions for the skilled nursing facility.


This Human Resources Generalist will:

  • Manage interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensure Muskego Health and Rehab is compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
This position is Days with a weekend rotation.

Pay up to $24 hour


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience using HRIS systems preferred
  • 1+ year of experience working as a HR Generalist or similiar role
  • Prior experience working in HR Healthcare is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to details and communication skills
