Check-in at the airport (m/f/diverse)
in Frankfurt


Your tasks:
Working as a check-in agent for Lufthansa at Frankfurt Airport with the following main tasks (m/f/diverse):

  • Check-in of Lufthansa passengers using the Altéa system
  • Identity checks
  • Verification of required travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates) according to internationally applicable country regulations
  • Administrative processing of Lufthansa boarding processes
  • Passenger assistance at the counter and during boarding
  • Arrival service for Lufthansa passengers
  • Pre and postflight preparation including documentation

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma, preferably in a commercial field or in the hotel or gastronomy industry (m/f/diverse)
  • Checkin experience is an advantage
  • Experience at the airport is an advantage
  • Knowledge of checkin systems is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of caring for Lufthansa passengers
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Valid reliability check according to 7 LuftSiG necessary
  • Flexibility and composure even under time pressure
