This will be your future job:

Support in the areas of personnel recruitment, organization, and administration
Research for suitable candidates and freelance employees in the fields of mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, electrical engineering, and information technology on digital platforms and in company databases
Applicant management (database maintenance, correspondence, appointment coordination, creation of qualification profiles, and telephone contact)
Support for personnel marketing measures, such as trade fair activities or workshops
After a training period, independently conducting job interviews
