*Technical Application Management Lead (m/f/d)

*We are looking for an experienced Technical Application Manager for our license management tool (SAM tool). Take responsibility, work closely with manufacturers, and shape the future of license management with us.

*YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the technical application management of the SAM tool (Spider by Flexera) for internal and external customers
Designing the technical architecture for current and new customer installations
Implementation of all technical requirements for the operation of the SAM tool
Responsibility for the basic service of license management based on Spider in the Dataport data center
Close collaboration with the manufacturer in troubleshooting and problem resolution
