Dual Study Program in Human Resource Management (B.A in Akron

The NORDFROST Group is the market leader in frozen logistics in Germany. As a family-owned company with its headquarters in Schortens, near Wilhelmshaven in northern Germany, we operate 40 temperature-controlled logistics sites with around 2,200 employees and maintain a nationwide and internationally connected network for refrigerated shipments. We offer our customers in the food industry holistic and individual solutions for storage, European transport/distribution, and port logistics.

As a dual student with us, you will go through various areas of human resources and get to know different departments within the company. You will have the perfect mix of theoretical knowledge from IU International University and practical experience in the workplace.

During your time with us, you will learn:

  • Independent conception, implementation, and establishment of HR projects and concepts
  • Practical experience in various areas of human resource management (e.g. recruiting, employer branding, support, payroll and salary accounting, personnel controlling, labor law, development, training) that you can combine with your knowledge from the study program
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of recruiting events
