How does our merchandise get from the production site to the right place at the right time? Sustainable and efficient processes are at the heart of our supply chain.


These are your responsibilities with us:

  • Preparing customs instructions for courier services based on prior notifications from the sender.
  • Knowledge of different sample treatments, such as clearance for marked samples, value limits, tariff numbers, etc.
  • Sending online samples to the photo studio
  • Checking for consistency between sample parts and customs declarations
  • Matching deliveries and payment approvals
  • Email communication in German and English with suppliers
  • Organizing email filing
  • Communicating with purchasing teams in Düsseldorf and Brussels
  • Organizing sample procedures and training suppliers in English

We expect the following from you:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. freight forwarding/industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Systematic, conscientious, goal and deadlineoriented work style, as well as good team integration
  • Resilience, personal commitment, and ability to work independently
  • Good German and English language skills,
