Does this sound interesting to you? Then join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) in Höhr-Grenzhausen (near Koblenz) in full-time (40 hours per week).

The position is currently limited until December 31, 2023 due to a temporary replacement.

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

Managing large customers
from invoice creation to booking payments and resolving discrepancies, as well as issuing credit notes
Working closely with the credit management team
Reconciling accounts (managing accounts and balances, monitoring open positions)
Maintaining the accounting system and related customer master data
Acting as an internal and external contact for all customerrelated inquiries

What you bring:

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, office manager, etc., or a comparable qualification
Ideally, some experience in accounting as an Accounts Receivable Accountant or in a similar position
Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Navision)
Proficiency in MS Office
