Our client is one of the leading home healthcare companies in Germany, offering comprehensive solutions and concepts for home therapy and out-of-hospital intensive care.

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) as a reinforcement for our team in Norderstedt.


Your immediate salary:


  • Year: €40,000 to €55,000

What you should bring:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in payroll accounting
  • Indepth knowledge of social security, wage tax, and labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and payroll software
  • Positive attitude and ability to work reliably and independently
  • Customer serviceoriented, able to keep track of things even in hectic situations
  • Willingness to actively shape the work environment
  • SAP knowledge is desirable

Your tasks in detail:


  • Independent preparation of salary statements for a defined group of employees according to tax and social security criteria, as well as monthly and annual closing activities
  • Contact person for managers, employees, and external partners regarding payrollrelated issues
  • Communication with all relevant institutions and preparation of corresponding reports
  • Execution of all administrative processes from entry to exit
  • Preparation of certificates and statistics
  • Support with time tracking
  • Participation in crossdepartmental HR projects
