Your tasks:
  • Maintaining and servicing injection molding machines
  • Ensuring stability and optimizing the injection molding process
  • Tool service and setup processes (removing and installing tools)
  • Operating and maintaining hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls
  • Material supply, pre-drying, and temperature control
  • Sampling of new parts
  • Responding to emergencies or downtime
  • Working in shifts
Your profile:
  • Good secondary school diploma
  • Technical understanding and practical skills
  • Interest in working with complex machines
  • Flexibility and physical fitness
The apprenticeship:
  • Vocational school: Radeberg (Saxony) or Rehau (Upper Franconia)
  • Practical training: VW Education Institute Zwickau and WEIDPLAS Treuen
  • Duration: 3 years
