Description
An ability to communicate and delegate tasks, effectively, to drivers and warehouse workers.

  • Experience training and leading both warehouse workers and parts delivery drivers.
  • Experience in dispatching.
  • An eye for detail and a knack for organizing.
  • Goal orientated.
  • Experience in making multiple schedules for different workers.
  • Proficiency in PC programs such as Excel and Word.
  • An ability to communicate with mechanics, car dealership workers, and other warehouse managers.
  • Manage timesheets and log automotive parts.
  • Assist in managing payroll and account for hours worked and parts delivered.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with our customers.
  • Ensure that the correct deliveries are couriered to the correct locations and customers.
  • Train and assist in dispatching delivery drivers and warehouse employees.
  • Hold department store meetings in regard to the effectiveness of the store workers and drivers.
  • Provide professional and courteous feedback to the workers during review periods.
  • Manage worker punctuality, performance issues, policy violations, and all other coaching and/or corrective action in accordance with company practice.
  • Proactivity in ensuring worker satisfaction.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)
