FIRST-LEVEL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing support and advice to companies regarding our standard software "ams" via phone, email, and remote assistance (support hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am4:30pm)
  • Assisting with user inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Qualifying incoming service requests
  • Supporting our customer teams in daytoday operations

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed relevant vocational training, preferably in the IT industry
  • Practical experience in helpdesk or customer support
  • Understanding of business processes and complex relationships
  • Motivated, reliable, teamoriented, and curious
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) for customer communication
  • Friendly, confident, and selfassured demeanor
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive, quick learner, and highly adaptable
