Gourmet menus are served either in the stylish restaurant or on the beautiful Rhine terrace.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for apprentices to start their training in 2024 as a cook (m/f/d). An immediate start in the current training year is also possible.

During your training, you will learn, among other things, how to prepare a variety of dishes, from appetizers to main courses and desserts.

You will also gain insights into the organization of kitchen workflows, menu planning, and ingredient procurement.

Your working hours, which are spread throughout the week, are flexible and will be determined by a schedule.

In addition to your practical training, which takes place in our establishment, theoretical training content will be taught at the vocational school in Boppard.

We welcome applications from candidates with a secondary school diploma. For out-of-town applicants, room and board can be provided. You will work in a motivated team, and we look forward to getting to know you.
