For our locations in Essingen and Heidenheim, we are currently seeking a dedicated SERVICE ADVISOR (m/f/d) for the BMW/MINI and Renault/Dacia brands.


Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for our customers in the service department
  • Acceptance of service orders and coordination of repairs
  • Sales of service offerings
  • Pre and postprocessing of service tasks

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in automotive technology, preferably with a completed technical automotive training
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to work flexible hours
