The HALDRUP GmbH is an internationally active mechanical engineering company.

Machines for field testing are developed and produced at the headquarters in Ilshofen and at the additional production sites in Denmark and the USA.


To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

Your responsibilities

  • Together with your team, you are responsible for commissioning the unique machines for field testing
  • Creating and maintaining work plans
  • Ensuring internal material flow
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines
  • Maintaining master data in the company's ERP system
  • Assisting and supporting the production manager in all organizational and administrative tasks
  • Collaboration with the work preparation department
Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education, ideally with technical expertise
  • You are curious, alert, spontaneous, and have strong organizational skills
  • Your strengths include commitment, teamwork, initiative, independent work, and communication skills
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
