DIRECT HIRE
We are looking for a Machine Setter (m/f/d) in the Nossen area.

Your responsibilities include setting up the tools on the machines, entering production parameters into the control system, optimizing production parameters during the process, preparing tools for new orders, and much more.

The work is done in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday.

Your tasks:

Performing tasks on modern EPS molding machines
Selecting the appropriate tool based on production documents
Setting up the tools on the machines
Entering production parameters into the control system or selecting a predefined recipe for molding the parts
Optimizing production parameters during the process
Preparing tools for new orders
Weekly maintenance of the equipment, troubleshooting, and problem solving
Ensuring quality requirements by measuring and weighing the molded parts

Required skills:

Previous experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of the function, structure, and connections of hydraulic components and their control technology
Very good general technical understanding
Independent, proactive, and teamoriented thinking and working
High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility
Willingness to work in shifts (2shift system)
