Exciting tasks await you:


  • You will manage our commercial and residential properties.
  • You will take care of our tenants and external service providers and correspond with them.
  • You will review ongoing invoices.
  • You will be responsible for the acceptance and handover of our rental units.
  • Recording of defect reports, issuing repair orders, and accepting craft services are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will make decisions about the extent of necessary cosmetic repairs in consultation with the department head.
  • You will participate in fulfilling traffic safety obligations.
