A day in the life.

As our Operations Consultant on the Employee Health & Benefits team, youll support the organizational goals by providing technology, data analysis & systems training and support to improve efficiency & effectiveness. The Operations Consultant, Employee Health & Benefits maximizes the productivity and ease-of-use of the companys workflow system and tools and aids in standardizing company workflows and procedures, including monitoring operational processes for the different business locations and with acquisitions. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, this role consults with regional colleagues to provide technical expertise on internal and client tools and oversees administration and acts as the primary point of contact for colleagues in need of assistance with internal and external EH&B systems and tools. Successful candidates will need the ability to operate under pressure, provide detailed responses with quick turnaround times, demonstrate excellent organization skills, and juggle competing tasks in a fast-paced environment with impeccable follow through. Our Operations Consultant acts as a change agent for our organization and will need to understand the principles of identified operational technology systems, the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of operational function.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Minimum of 2-5 years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in Employee Health & Benefits required
Intermediate to Advanced skills on BenefitPoint, Epic, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office products
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills required
Ability for travel (up to 20%)
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
