As a member of our team, you will act as a sparring partner for one of our largest transformation projects, the global SAP S/4Hana transformation, also known as ONE STIHL.

Together with your Process Design team, you will serve as the interface between the business department and IT, bringing your passion for process and system topics to the table.

Your focus will be on controlling processes in our production and sales companies worldwide.

This will give you the opportunity to work internationally and cross-departmentally on the project and drive our global SAP S/4Hana rollout to success.

In order to best meet the needs of our companies, you will accompany them in process analysis and design and provide recommendations for successful integration.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the process design in the SAP S/4 implementation project (ONE STIHL) for the Finance & Controlling (FICO) area
  • Acting as the contact person for our groupwide controlling processes in the context of ONE STIHL rollouts
  • Developing integrated solutions/value flows in the system that involve multiple workstreams, together with the ONE STIHL project team
  • Providing expert support to international CO users in connected production and sales companies during the SAP implementation
  • Assisting connected companies in ongoing controlling monthly and annual closings in SAP
