Our client is active in the successful rental and management of a residential real estate portfolio of over 10,000 apartments in Bavaria.

The Position

You are responsible for managing the portfolio of approximately 20,000 apartments in Bavaria.
You have the commercial responsibility for rental, maintenance, modernization, and further development of the real estate portfolio.
You lead and motivate the employees assigned to you.
You create economic and investment plans in collaboration with the management and optimize operational processes.
You also work on the further development of ERP solutions (SAP) and develop the service sector.

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a degree in real estate management or a comparable qualification (real estate specialist, real estate economist, etc.).
You have extensive knowledge of real estate and technical relationships in the housing industry.
Your work is characterized by economic and entrepreneurial action as well as analytical thinking.
Your personality is characterized by a high service mentality and customer orientation, as well as assertiveness and negotiation skills.
Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge round off your profile.
