We, HELFERLINE GmbH, are an innovative start-up based in Midland, CO and we are looking for smart helpers who can assist individuals with everyday technology problems.

With our HELFERLINE app, you can easily access and accept job requests. The jobs always take place at the customer's home, so they are not remote assignments. Depending on your location, there is usually a travel allowance.

Responsibilities


There are tasks in various areas: mobile phones, printers, internet, email, Android, iOS, MacOS, TV, etc.


In an initial conversation, we will assess your skills and then decide which topics will be unlocked for you in the app.

Qualifications

  • Technical aptitude in handling consumer devices; you do NOT need a technical degree, but you should be knowledgeable about computers, mobile phones, and other devices.
  • An Android smartphone
  • Punctuality and time management
  • A positive appearance
  • Willingness to help
