What specific products are we talking about? Our VIPAC In-Motion products measure up to 20,000 objects per hour, which are transported at high speed on conveyor belts or sorters. For each object, a 3D model is created from the acquired point clouds, from which object dimensions, position, and other data are calculated. All of our algorithms are optimized for efficiency to meet demanding timing requirements. At the same time, the VIPAC D products provide certified dimension data. The correct software design of our systems and adherence to tolerances in the mm range are checked by authorities, so our products are approved as certified measuring devices. This position is newly filled. The position is a mix of approval and development topics (approx. 50:50).
