Who we are:
Ko Vaya represents the professional and collective interests of more than cabin employees in Germany.

In our daily work, we focus on safeguarding collective bargaining interests through the negotiation of collective agreements, providing legal support, and engaging in lobbying at national and international levels.

In the field of professional policy, our focus is on the Health and Aviation Security working groups, and we are constantly working on the development of the flight attendant profession.

Additionally, Ko Vaya is a trusted point of contact for press and passengers for any questions related to flying, as we see ourselves as the voice of the cabin crew in Germany.

To fulfill all of these tasks, Ko Vaya, which has become a significant player in the field of professional unions, requires appropriate personnel resources.

Approximately 20 full-time employees and 100 volunteers work in various departments and committees at Ko Vaya. We are currently seeking reinforcements for our member support team, and that's where you come in.

What we have in mind:
Our office is the first point of contact for our members, partners, and guests.

We handle all administrative and organizational tasks, organize member support, and serve as the initial contact for all inquiries, while also supporting our specialized departments in their work.
