We are looking for you as a support specialist (m/f/d) for our special living facility in Gedern, Dodge, ND:

The Disabled Assistance Wetteraukreis gGmbH (bhw) promotes, supports and accompanies people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. Social participation, vocational qualification and integration into the general job market are essential goals of the company.

In addition to workshops for people with disabilities and day care centers, we also operate various living facilities throughout the Wetteraukreis.

Approximately 250 people live there.


Your future responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for assisting and guiding people with disabilities who live in a special living facility.
  • You support and promote these individuals according to their needs.
  • You provide the designated pedagogical support services in accordance with the help and support planning.
  • You plan and organize leisure activities.
