- As part of a cross-functional team representing Operating Unit (OU) global operations team, overseeing, managing all aspects of the strategic partnership/acquisitions process
- Create strategic partnership evaluation & assessment framework with Manufacturing network stakeholders.
- Leading pre-diligence and due diligence activities for OU Operations teams and assess financial and operational viability of potential targets.
- Coordination and managing the integration of potential target and being the key point of contact for OU functional stakeholders.
- Post deal/acquisition demand and supply management, attainment of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & deal model.
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous supply, BO prevention and attain Inventory optimization targets.
- Assess and develop models to evaluate key Operations metrics like Capacity, Quality, Cost, Yield, Scalability, Supplier strategy.
- Oversee the investigation and evaluation of new and existing technologies.
- Manages Contract Manufacturing RPM Projects to solve problems and implement improvements with well-defined plans and delivery methodologies, and is accountable for overall project process, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- You will operate comfortably in a highly matrixed organization, ensure stakeholder alignment within RPM Portfolio Core Teams, OPs Function, and cross-functionally.
- You will represent the Operations function and are accountable to NV Leadership for overall project/program execution and ensuring Operations commitments are met.
- You will lead the development and validation of methodology to conduct material, component, and finished device level inventory analysis, and create opportunities to optimize inventory levels.
- Proactively identifies, mitigates, and takes responsible risks. Experience with risk planning, management, risk strategies, and develops accurate risk adjusted schedule.
- Ensure lessons learned are documented throughout the project/program execution and identifies areas of opportunities for improvement.
- Align with organizational strategy and deliver on project goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-business to investigate new robust and innovative technologies in alignment with the strategic roadmap.
- Working with other members of senior management to ensure that all aspects of the merger or acquisition are successfully completed.
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Thorough understanding of medical device industry and regulatory requirements for class II and Class III devices. Working knowledge of other related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in keeping current with technology developments in specialized area.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects with a strong problem-solving ability.
- In-depth clinical knowledge for uses of neurovascular devices.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work cooperatively with others as a lead member of a team.
- Demonstrated experience sharing information, status, needs, and issues with technical and non-technical employees and partners to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
- Experience managing a team and budget.
- Proven track record of successfully executing mergers and acquisitions.
- Extensive knowledge of the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Experience with Neurovascular product development & Manufacturing transfers.
- Experience in neurological or vascular product development process, M&A integrations.
- Experience managing/working with Contract Manufacturers
- Clinical understanding of endovascular products and stroke treatment.
- Thorough understanding of clinical and regulatory pathways, intellectual property, and internal processes.
- In depth knowledge and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in related field of expertise to develop innovative approaches to work.

As a Senior Engineering Program Manager, you will lead an extended operations team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to assess strategic partnerships for life-saving medical device products. Key responsibilities include managing a technical team of AME engineers, developing technology assessment strategies, driving critical business decisions, leading technical and business diligence activities to ensure strategic partnership success with external partners including contract manufacturers. You will work closely with customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to evaluate companies, manufacturing technologies, operations KPIs to integrate them into the Neurovascular business, and help drive commercial success of next-generation Neurovascular technologies. You will also manage post-acquisition relationship with strategic partners/contract manufacturers to ensure key operations KPIs and business goals are met.

The Neurovascular team develops life-saving therapies and healthcare solutions for Acute Ischemic Stroke and Hemorrhagic Stroke.
Location: Open to remote within US; Preferred location: Irvine, California..
Travel: Up to 25% travel required (Domestic and International)
