Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating specifications for all new systems and updating existing ones
- Commissioning new systems and handing them over to the production organization
- Technical support for new projects in the launch team and seeing them through to series production
- Layout planning and coordination of implementation
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant "SAFE" standards, such as Lock Out/Tag Out
- Implementing automation solutions using robotics and control systems
- Optimizing and improving existing automation solutions
- Collaborating on problem-solving in ongoing processes with the Plant Engineering Manager (morning meetings, Top Five)
- Participating in "Continuous Improvement Projects" such as Kaizen College and Six Sigma
- Ensuring workplace safety and environmental protection in accordance with legal and internal regulations
Qualifications:
- Completed engineering degree, technician, master's degree, or equivalent technical education
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing
- Experience and excellent knowledge in PLC and robotics programming
- Strong organizational skills and dedication
- Independent and solution-oriented work style
- Good written and verbal English skills
