    Overview:

    We are looking for attorneys to join the Workers Compensation Practice at Lewis Brisbois in San Diego. Lewis Brisbois is a top-tier AmLaw 100 firm known for providing excellent legal services.


    The ideal candidate should have between one (1) and seven (7) years of experience handling Workers Compensation claims. It is essential to have experience in representing clients before different Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) venues across California. While knowledge of the Workers Compensation Disability Rating Scale is a plus, it is not mandatory. A valid California Bar admission is necessary.


    At Lewis Brisbois, our team of attorneys specializing in Workers Compensation Practice focuses on defending third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and employers against employee claims. We have extensive expertise in all aspects of workers' compensation cases. Our attorneys excel in both discovery and trial processes. Over the years, we have successfully handled various complex cases, including fibromyalgia, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, psych and stress claims, asbestos claims, as well as more common orthopedic, psych, and internal injury claims.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Salary:
    USD $120,000.00/Yr.

    Maximum Salary:
    USD $175,000.00/Yr.
