Our team of experts, we have continuously achieved dramatic results for clients both large and small within many different industry sectors.

To continue providing for our clients, we are looking for an outgoing and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.


In the Customer Support Representative phase, the individual will learn how to effectively execute innovative marketing and sales campaigns for our Fortune 500 Clients.

The day to day responsibilities include learning new product and campaign offerings, staying up-to-date on market trends, researching / analyzing community and area demographics to optimize representation when directly interacting with customers.

Our Customer Support Representatives take a personable and individual approach to each customer interaction or client presentations while maintaining client compliance guidelines.


Customer Support Representative Preferred Skills & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support role
  • Goal oriented and driven
  • Able to interact with individuals of all demographics
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Public speaking skills is a plus, but can be taught / built upon
  • Ability to participate in training sessions inoffice in Towson, MD
  • Must be able to travel locally, based on client need
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to learn all necessary product and pricing information

Pay:
$45, $52,000.00 per year
