These exciting tasks await you:


  • You are responsible for independently creating payroll for a defined group of employees.
  • Processing reporting and certification, as well as creating evaluations, are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will handle communication with health insurance companies, social security agencies, and government offices.
  • You will provide input and be a competent contact person for our employees regarding payrollrelated questions.
  • You will maintain personnel files and master data.
  • Participation in projects completes your job with us.

  • You have a good understanding of tax and social security law, or are willing to acquire the necessary knowledge as a career changer.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the SP-Data payroll program.
  • You are dedicated, flexible, and able to keep a cool head even in hectic phases.
  • You are used to working both in a team and independently.
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office products.
