The city of Tönning is currently seeking a case manager (m/f/d) for the Social Center of Southern Nordfriesland, starting as soon as possible.
The salary is based on TVöD pay group 9c. The main task of the Social Centers and the Employment Services at the Nordfriesland district is to support participation in society. This includes maintaining or even improving living situations. Our work is centered around the individual, taking a holistic and interconnected approach beyond the boundaries of individual laws, following the concept of social space and resource orientation.
What tasks can you expect?
- Advising employable individuals in need of assistance with the goal of finding employment or training opportunities
- Implementing the principles of §3 SGB II, particularly by developing and implementing cooperation plans based on potential analysis
- Selecting and initiating individually suitable support measures
- Continuously accompanying clients
- Entering relevant data into OpenPROSOZ
- Working closely with external cooperation partners
What do we expect from you?
- Successfully completed studies in social pedagogy, education or a comparable qualification, or qualification for the career of non-technical administrative service or completion of Angestelltenleh
