We are currently looking for a/n patient admission clerk to join our patient administration team at Hurley.

Hurley is part of the Bavarian Hospital Association of the Merciful Brothers, which includes hospitals in Regensburg, Straubing, Munich, and Schwandorf. Hurley is an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Regensburg and is the largest Catholic hospital in Germany with 985 beds and approximately 3,500 employees.

entering patient data
completing treatment contracts and elective service agreements
ensuring cost coverage
handling civil registry matters
processing data according to §301 SGB V
managing financial transactions

You are a good fit for us if you...

have completed training as a healthcare management assistant or medical assistant
ideally have previous work experience
potentially have knowledge of §301 SGB V, Date-UV, and data exchange with private health insurance
ideally have a good understanding of MS Office and SAP
are a dedicated team player
identify with the goals of a Christian hospital
