YOUR TASKS

Management tasks based on the serviceoriented personnel and organizational guidelines set by the office and department management
Personnel coordination at the location and citizen office
Planning and deployment of staff, distribution of tasks and responsibilities
Preparation of duty and vacation schedules
Conducting staff meetings, annual discussions, personnel discussions, performance evaluations, and preparing official evaluations
