The LTT is a state theater with currently 138 employees and a children and youth theater division, the "Junges LTT".

Each season, approximately 12 in-house productions and 5 productions by the Junges LTT are presented.

As a state theater, the LTT showcases its performances in its three venues in Tübingen, as well as through an extensive touring program in accordance with its state theater mandate.

The Landestheater Württemberg-Hohenzollern Tübingen Reutlingen (LTT) has a position available for a Production Assistant/Stage Manager (m/f/d) starting in the 2023/2024 season.

As a Production Assistant, you will support productions from the beginning of rehearsals until the premiere, working closely with the directing teams and the ensemble.

You will take on the responsibilities of a directing assistant, including rehearsal planning, keeping the director's book, communication within the theater, and stage management during performances, as well as providing prompter services when needed.

You will be an essential link between the production and the different departments of the theater, ensuring the artistic value of the production beyond the premiere.

This also includes taking on stage management duties. Appropriate training and orientation will be provided by the theater.

We are specifically looking for individuals who are interested in long-term work in this field and offer corresponding salary classifications in the NV-Bühne or the possibility of transitioning to the TV-L.
