We are looking for a
working student (m/f/d) in Berlin-Mitte for at least 15-20 hours/week in the field of Finance & Controlling.


As a working student, you will support the Finance department in the areas of reporting, cash flow, and consolidation with the goal of providing meaningful reports to support our founders and investors.

From our headquarters in Berlin, we support and relieve our partner companies in the areas of personnel, marketing, finance, and IT, while also promoting professional exchange between colleagues from other occupational medical services within the Arsipa Group.


Your tasks:


  • Direct collaboration with our 3person Finance team in daytoday operations
  • Investment controlling: Support in preparing our monthly portfolio reporting
  • Liquidity planning: Participation in our groupwide cash management and liquidity planning
  • Support in group consolidation (LucaNet)
  • Finance projects: Active participation in project work, e.g. in the preparation of annual financial statements and related audits

Job requirements:


Your starting requirements:


  • Currently in an advanced semester of studies with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Accounting (e.g. Business Administration/Business Engineering)
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in German
  • Independent, thorough
