We are currently looking for a dedicated practice instructor (m/f/d) for a senior care facility in Holyoke, CO. The release as a practice instructor will be based on the number of trainees.


Your responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementation of training content in the work area
  • Conducting initial, intermediate, and final discussions independently
  • Guiding trainees towards independent and solutionoriented learning
  • Promoting the professional, methodological, social, and personnel skills of trainees
  • Assessing the practical performance of trainees
  • Providing pedagogical guidance to colleagues
  • Acting as a link between school and practice
  • Ensuring the residents' independent lifestyle through individual, holistic, and activating care and support
  • Assisting in nursing outside of the release times
  • Advising and supporting residents and their families
  • Promoting the quality of life and satisfaction of residents

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse
