Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d) in
full-time.


Your tasks:


  • Support of employees (m/f/d) in all phases of the employee lifecycle
  • Administrative tasks from employment contract creation to references
  • Independent travel expense accounting
  • Control and correction of digital time recording
  • Support of the team in planning and booking personnel development measures and trainings
  • Supervision of apprentices (m/f/d)

Your profile:


  • You have preferably completed training as a
    office clerk (m/f/d),
    office communication clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable
    commercial profession:
  • Several years of professional experience as a
    Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d) in a similar position
  • Proficient in MS Office, ideally with SAP-HCM knowledge
  • Professional communication in German, both written and spoken
  • A structured and independent way of working completes your profile
