Your tasks:
- Support of employees (m/f/d) in all phases of the employee lifecycle
- Administrative tasks from employment contract creation to references
- Independent travel expense accounting
- Control and correction of digital time recording
- Support of the team in planning and booking personnel development measures and trainings
- Supervision of apprentices (m/f/d)
Your profile:
- You have preferably completed training as a
office clerk (m/f/d),
office communication clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable
commercial profession: - Several years of professional experience as a
Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d) in a similar position - Proficient in MS Office, ideally with SAP-HCM knowledge
- Professional communication in German, both written and spoken
- A structured and independent way of working completes your profile
