Your responsibilities include using your expertise and empathy to understand and support our customers with their financial needs.

With your professional consulting skills, you will continuously expand your client base, whether over the phone or in person at the branch.

You will primarily be responsible for providing advice on insurance and credit matters, always striving to offer solutions that meet the current demand and trends.

To be successful in this role, you should have completed an apprenticeship as a Bank Clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification in the financial services industry.

You should also have extensive experience in providing individual, personal, and equal-level consultations. You should have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people. Your team will appreciate your reliability and support when facing challenging tasks.
