To strengthen our team at our Bielefeld location, we are looking for an insurance salesman as a customer advisor (m/f/d) in the office as soon as possible.

The job responsibilities:

As a customer advisor (m/f/d) at our branch, you will be responsible for comprehensive advice and support for our national and international customers together with colleagues in the field. This primarily includes the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for telephone and written cross-sector advice and support for our customers (excluding motor vehicles, credit and pension management)
  • You coordinate tenders, create offers and conduct negotiations with insurers
  • You independently handle claims processing
  • You prepare annual meetings with our customers and participate if necessary
  • You check insurance policies and documents, make contract changes and modifications of any kind
  • You handle correspondence with customers
