Job Overview:
Duties:
- Conduct NSPIRE/REACH Housing Inspections
- Use of NYC Approved Inspection Devices
- 5Alive Safety check and repairs including window, door, GFCI & Combo Alarms
- Collaborate with construction management teams to address any identified issues promptly
- Perform thorough inspections of completed work to guarantee it meets NSPIRE Standards
Skills:
- Proficiency in quality inspection processes and techniques
- Ability to analyze complex construction documents, including blueprints and schematics
- Experience in construction inspection and quality control practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assessing workmanship
- Knowledge of data collection methods for tracking inspection results
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations governing construction projects
Pay:
From $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
